I’m Yakir Solcman, Founder and CEO of GDT Dental Implants, a company I proudly established in 2015 with a vision to combine clinical excellence with innovative, accessible dental implant solutions. My academic background in Economics and Business Management laid the foundation for my journey as an entrepreneur and strategist in the dental field.
From the earliest days of GDT, I’ve been involved in every layer of the company, from defining our product philosophy to building strategic partnerships and driving global expansion. I believe true leadership comes from staying close to the ground while keeping your eyes on the horizon. That means knowing your people, understanding your market, and always adapting.
What motivates me most is the opportunity to create. Not just products, but trust, long-term relationships, and an organizational culture built on professionalism, integrity, and a shared mission. I strongly believe that when you invest in your team, success naturally follows. I’m passionate about mentoring and developing talent, and I see every challenge as a chance to grow stronger together.
My approach as a leader is deeply human. I value transparency, strategic thinking, and surrounding myself with people who think differently and challenge the status quo. I believe in seeing the big picture, while never neglecting the small details that make a difference.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, discovering new ideas and cultures, and occasionally disconnecting by the sea, where I find both clarity and inspiration.
