I’m Lera Novanova, Supply Chain Coordinator at GDT Dental Implants. I make sure every product reaches our customers accurately, securely, and on time. From managing stock levels to preparing shipments and overseeing logistics, I help keep our operations running smoothly, often behind the scenes.
I work directly with our factory to make sure products are available and ready in our warehouse before orders arrive. This proactive coordination helps us avoid delays and ensures we’re always ready to deliver.
Although I’ve been with the company for just several months, I bring over a decade of experience in customer service. That background taught me how important it is to deliver on promises and pay attention to details, and I apply that mindset every day in this role.
