I’m Alona Ginzburg, Customer Success Manager at GDT Dental Implants. I lead our support and service initiatives to make sure clients enjoy a smooth, professional experience from order to delivery. I work closely with our sales and logistics teams, respond to client inquiries, and make sure every customer feels supported, understood, and valued.
I’ve been with GDT for over six years, and during this time I’ve focused on client engagement. I love turning challenges into solutions and building strong, long-term relationships with dental professionals around the world.
What motivates me most is knowing that our work helps clinicians restore smiles and confidence to their patients. I approach every interaction with integrity, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset. Whether I’m resolving a time-sensitive delivery issue or assisting with a technical request, I stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly to get things done.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about fashion, exploring new cities, pilates, and spending quality time with my family and friends. I’m always up for a good meal and a great flight deal.

A fun fact about me? I absolutely hate onions, and I will spot them no matter how finely they’re chopped.
