Clinical Use
GDT Temp Fill is a provisional filling material used for the isolation of treating material in caries cavities and for temporary tooth filling over an extended provisional period, including cases lasting more than two weeks.
Material and Setting
The material is a polymer based zinc sulfate cement supplied as a ready to use paste. It cures with oral moisture in approximately 2 hours, allowing simple placement without additional mixing steps.
Seal and Performance
During hardening, GDT Temp Fill expands hydrophilically to help create a tight marginal seal. The material offers high resistance to stress, good wear and erosion resistance, and reliable adhesion to hard tooth tissues.
