Clinical Use
GDT FlexSoft Reline and Primer Set is a soft denture relining system developed to cushion and renew dentures for improved patient comfort. It is suitable for chairside use by dentists or for laboratory use by technicians when a long lasting soft reline is required.
Material and Performance
The reline material is based on vinyl polysiloxane and is designed to remain soft, smooth, and comfortable in use. Because of its silicone based properties, it absorbs less water than acrylic based soft reline materials, supporting improved durability and long term performance. The material cures entirely in the mouth without heat, odor, or unpleasant taste.
Adhesion and Primer
To support reliable bonding to the denture base, the system is used together with the FlexSoft Primer. The primer prepares the surface and helps improve adhesion, contributing to a more secure and durable fit over time.
Handling and Working Time
The material is supplied in an automix cartridge for clean and accurate dispensing, helping simplify application and reduce the mess associated with acrylic based systems. It has a working time of 1 minute and 30 seconds, a setting time of 4 minutes, a 1:1 ratio, and Shore A hardness. Application should be carried out by a professional using a dispenser gun.
