GDT Core Rebuild is a dual cure resin composite material developed for core build up procedures and restoration of missing tooth structure before final indirect restoration. It is suitable for use as a core material and post cement where controlled handling, strength, and dimensional stability are required.
Material and Handling
The material is formulated to provide excellent flow consistency while maintaining enough body to stay in place without slumping. This balance allows easy placement and adaptation while supporting precise build up of the preparation. It is available in both a 9 g automix syringe and a 48 g cartridge format in shade A2.

Strength and Stability
GDT Core Rebuild is radiopaque and designed to create a strong and reliable foundation for indirect restorations. Its high compressive and flexural strength help resist deformation and fracture while supporting more even stress distribution within the restored structure. Once cured, the material reaches a hard consistency that cuts like dentin, allowing accurate margin preparation without ditching.
Curing and Compatibility
The material offers dual cure performance, with light cure in about 20 seconds and self cure in minutes, depending on the delivery format. It is compatible with 4th to 7th generation bonding agents and supports flexible clinical workflow for different restorative techniques.
