Clinical Use
GDT AcryHard Denture Reline is designed for long lasting denture rebasing in both partial and complete dentures. It is intended to renew the denture base when the existing prosthesis no longer fits properly, helping improve stability, function, comfort, and overall adaptation.
Material and Performance
This acrylic based self curing material is developed for durable relines, repairs, and border additions. Its putty like consistency helps it adapt accurately to the contours of the patient’s mouth, creating a precise fit and a strong foundation for long term denture use.
Bonding and Longevity
The system includes a bonding primer to support secure adhesion between the reline material and the denture base. Once cured, the material forms a smooth, dense surface with minimal porosity and is designed to provide longer lasting support than soft reline materials, with durability that can extend beyond 24 months with proper patient care.
Handling and Patient Comfort
GDT AcryHard Denture Reline is suitable for chairside use thanks to its simple self cure workflow and short mixing time of about 20 seconds. It is formulated for reduced heat production during curing, helping improve patient comfort during treatment. After curing, it can be trimmed and polished like the original denture base for better fit and finish.
Package Contents
The package includes two 50 g powder bottles, one 100 ml liquid bottle, one 30 ml bonding primer bottle, and mixing accessories. The material is supplied in translucent pink shade for a natural gingival appearance.
