GDT Castable abutments are manufactured using Polyoxymethylene (POM), a high-performance plastic known for its strength, stability, and excellent machinability. POM maintains its shape throughout the wax-up and casting process, which is essential for delivering restorations that fit precisely and work reliably. It burns out cleanly without leaving any residue, ensuring a smooth transition from model to final prosthetic with no contamination or distortion.

Thanks to its resistance to expansion or shrinkage, this material provides a stable foundation for full or partial restorations that demand detail and dimensional integrity. 

Options to Match Any Clinical Scenario

For more demanding restorations or when metallic reinforcement is required, we also provide Castable abutments with a grade 5 titanium base or chrome-cobalt base, offering superior strength and retention during casting and cementation.

Additionally, we supply Anatomical Castable Abutments with angulation 15˚ and 25˚ options, delivering flexibility in challenging cases. These angulated designs are valuable when dental implants are not placed in ideal positions or when soft tissue contours must be preserved.
