These components enable a secure connection between the dental implant and overdenture, providing consistent performance and user-friendly maintenance throughout the lifespan of the prosthesis. Engineered for clinical cases requiring predictable retention and improved patient compliance, GDT Click Attachments offer a practical solution for optimal treatment outcomes in removable implant-supported restorations.

Compatible with leading implant systems, GDT Conical Click Attachments are offered in two platform sizes: Narrow Platform (NP) 3.5mm and Regular Platform (RP) 4.3-5.0mm.

Customized Retention and Seamless Integration

Each GDT Conical Click Attachment is inserted directly into the dental implant and secured with a silicone caps system. This design allows for a firm and stable connection, significantly reducing micromovements during daily functions. The secure marginal seal provided by the click attachment system supports the longevity of the prosthesis while helping to protect peri-implant soft tissues.

These silicone caps are available in five options:

• Yellow cap – Extra Soft: 0.6 kg / 1.3 lbs retention

• Pink cap – Soft: 1.2 kg / 2.6 lbs

• Clear cap – Standard: 1.8 kg / 4.0 lbs

• Purple cap – Strong: 2.5 kg / 5.5 lbs

• Black cap – Laboratory use: 0 kg / 0lbs (non-retentive)

Each cap is color-coded for easy identification and allows dentists to adjust the retention strength to accommodate patient comfort, soft tissue resilience, and functional requirements. This level of customization ensures that overdentures remain stable during mastication and speech while enabling effortless insertion and removal.

The titanium housing is manufactured from Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI), a medical-grade alloy selected for its exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility. This ensures both mechanical reliability and clinical safety throughout the duration of use. The straightforward attachment mechanism also allows patients to maintain their prosthesis independently, minimizing in-clinic maintenance.

For cases involving non-parallel implant placement, GDT offers Angulated Click Attachments in 18° and 30° angles. These components are engineered to compensate for implant divergence of up to 60° in all directions, promoting restorative parallelism without the need for surgical adjustments.
