Dr. Zuzel Trujillo, a Miami-based general dentist since 2011, presents a clinical case involving the extraction and replacement of broken teeth. The immediate implant was temporally bridged, followed by bone grafting. Six months later, the restoration included screw-retained Emax crowns, highlighting a multidisciplinary approach in dental practice.

In this clinical case, the replacement, and extraction of the broken teeth is detailed. The implant was immediately temporarily bridged with ferrules to adjacent teeth and bone grafting. 

After six months from the original treatment, the restoration was finalized with screw-retained Emax crowns.
