The patient was a 62 year old man in good general health condition.
He was missing teeth on the upper right side, and also asked for the old bridge renewal on the left, together with a correction on the malposition tooth in front.
Sinus lifting was performed simultaneously with implantation, using GDT Synthetic Bone Graft, GDT MOR Spiral Dental Implants, and GDT Silk 5.0 sutures.
After a four-month recovery period, trepan open implants and abutments were added using a direct impression technique.
1.The sinus lifting opening hole
was performed by diamond-coated
drill 0.14/4 mm diameter with 1000 rpm, irrigated with saline.
2. Pushing and removing Schnaiderian membrane.
3. Reaching the desired deepness by
2.0mm DLC drill.
4. GDT Spiral Implant installation
with 35 Ncm torque ratchet.
5. GDT Spiral Implants are installed, covered with cover screws.
6. Adding GDT Synthetic Bone Graft for sinus augmentation.
Two months later
7. GDT Straight Abutments installation
8. After trimming - ready for the denture cementation.
