Products & Technology

GDT Dental Implants manufactures implantology products, including dental implants, prosthetic components, and surgical instruments. These solutions are designed to support clinicians through all stages of implant treatment.

All dental implants are produced from Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI), a medical-grade alloy known for its strength, corrosion resistance, biocompatibility, and fracture toughness.

GDT dental implants use SLA and RBM surface technologies. These treatments create micro-roughened surfaces that support osseointegration and help achieve stable long-term performance. Surfaces are validated through advanced cleanliness testing such as XPS, SEM, and EDS.

All components are produced using advanced CNC bar-lathe systems with dynamic tool correction capable of tolerances as tight as ±0.001 mm. We oversee the entire production cycle, from design and machining to surface treatment and packaging, to maintain consistency and precision.
